Do I pay Duty & Taxes?
 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our shipping charges are for the transportation fees only.  This does not include the Duties and Taxes imposed by your countries customs office.  We have no control over this and recommend you contact your local customs office to learn what additional fees you will be responsible for. 
Important information regarding International orders
 

PuzzleRing by UCTUK, LLC is a company based in the US this means all our pricing is in US dollars.  We recommend you contact your credit card company to determine the current currency conversion rates.  Please also keep in mind your credit card company may have a policy in place to charge a fee for this currency conversion.  This is an additional FEE imposed by your credit card company for the right to conduct business not in the same currency as your country. 

You will be responsible for any duties, taxes or fees imposed by your local customs officials.  This is not a fee UCTUK, LLC is charging nor is it a fee UCTUK, LLC will cover.  In the event you do not pay this fee and we are billed for it we will charge your credit card for the funds.  If you return/refuse a package because you do not want to pay these fees you may still be responsible for them.  It is your responsibility to check with your local customs agents regarding the laws and fees in your country.  UCTUK, LLC does not have any information of this nature.
Do you ship to my country?
  If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries at checkout, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.  You may also choose PayPal upon checkout.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.  Shipping fees range from $5 to $79.00 depending on your order total. Shipping can take between 2 and 8 weeks to arrive once shipped.
  • The actual date you receive an order will depend on whether we have your chosen product in stock in your size. The product ordered by you may or may not be in stock in your size. If the product is in stock in your size, we will contact you by e-mail to let you know when the product has been shipped to you and when you should expect to receive it. We do our best to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday through Friday. Most orders placed on Fridays will ship the following Monday. Please contact us if you need faster service.
  • If your product is one that is made to order this will be detailed on the product description page under the picture.  
  • If you require your item by a specified date you can e-mail us before placing your order to check the availability of the stock item in your finger size and/or the manufacture time. Please e-mail us with the style number, finger size and date by which you require your item.
